Calendly review request automation
Send your own design after a Calendly meeting, with a link to your review page or survey. Choose the delay and which event types, hosts or meeting locations it applies to.
A simple post-booking workflow
01
Select the event types, hosts, and meeting locations the review or feedback request should apply to.
02
Send a chosen number of minutes, hours, or days after the scheduled meeting instead of maintaining a manual follow-up list.
03
Bring your design or use a ready-made email, then add your Google review link or a link to the survey service you already use.
04
Check the Calendly details, send yourself a test and turn it on. Monitoring shows delivery trends; Logs show what happened to each email.
More than public reviews
Ask for a public review after a completed consultation and include the direct review destination in the email.
Link to your chosen feedback or survey service after an introductory call, using wording and permissions appropriate for the recipient.
Use separate event-type rules when different appointments need different wording, timing, or feedback links.
Checks before sending
A review request is an after-booking automation, so the current Calendly state is checked before the message is sent.

The built-in patient feedback surveys are for Cliniko. With Calendly, your email can link to a review page or an external survey service you already use.
