What happens during the trial?
You have 30 days to connect Cliniko or Calendly, import a design or choose a ready-made email, try Quick setup, and send yourself a test. You can also try campaigns with a smaller trial audience.
How is the plan chosen?
Plans are based on active practitioners in Cliniko or active hosts in Calendly. Reception and admin staff do not add to the Cliniko practitioner count. The dashboard shows your count and matching plan before checkout.
Are campaigns included?
Yes. Paid clinics with seven or more active practitioners or hosts have no monthly email or campaign cap. Sending is paced, with delivery safeguards and trial allowances shown in the dashboard. Every recipient needs marketing permission; Calendly invitees must have that permission recorded before receiving a campaign.
